Ingredients
Tapioca/Kappa - 1kg
Indian mackerel/Sardines - 500gm
Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon
Chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Greenchilly - 2
Coconut - 1b
Garlic - 4
Onion - 1/2 size
Jeerakam - 1/2teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Method:
- clean and cut the tapioca,and cooked with salt and turmeric in a preasure cook for 2 whistles
- clean the fish,add water,turmeric and salt and bring the whole thing for 1 minute boil.
- grind coconut,jeerakam,greenchilly, onion,garlic without adding water
- clean the fish by removing the bones
- mix the whole thing togther and add salt.
