Ingredients:
- Chicken -1 kg
- Ginger -1'inch piece
- Garlic -4nos
- Green chilly -2nos
- Crushed pepper -2Tsp
- Nirapara Pepper Chicken Masala -4Tsp
- Curry Leaves -One handful
- Onion -2nos
- Coriander leaves -1small bunch
- Salt
- Oil
Method:
cook the chickenin a little water with salt and 21/2teaspoons of Nirapara Chicken Masala.In a pan,toss some sliced onion,chopped ginger,sliced green chilly and curry leaves in a little oil till brown. Add the cooked chicken and one teaspoon of Nirapara chicken masala and cook till thick. Garnish with crushed pepper and coriander leaves.
